At CSWY, every product is made to order. This allows us to reduce operating cost and direct 100% of profits toward supporting the fight against cancer.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a refund.
